About the Role

Deliverr is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist who is an energetic and passionate individual for a tech startup who aims to solve pain points of retail regulated businesses and brands, by providing them the technology that connects local businesses to communities by digitizing their business and offering affordable and convenient delivery options.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Research, identify and create potential client leads include but not limited to retail liquor stores and alcohol brands

  • Assess store or brand's needs, recommend in the selection of appropriate Deliverr products for business partners or brand and negotiate deals or other sales related terms

  • Provide valuable input into custom product design where Deliverr services must be tailored to suit brand partner or retail store needs

  • Build, maintain and grow sales relationships with existing Deliverr partners and brands

  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, sales funnel or other materials to demonstrate the benefits of using Deliverr Retail or Brand Partner solution

  • Estimate costs of custom development solution from a potential brand partner or retail partners need

  • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records via CRM and tools such as HelloSign

  • Provide the first point of contact and after-sale support to signed brand or retail partner

  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to Deliverr brand or a retail partner solution

  • Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about Deliverr brand or retail partner solution

  • Develop, implement and report sales strategies to achieve Deliverr’s sales goals

  • Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness of emerging markets and trends
