About the Job
Deliverr is looking for a Technical Support Analyst (TSA) in Regina, SK. The TSM will work closely with Tech lead on providing technical support to internal or external stakeholders.
A TSA effectively communicates with Partners through inbound calls, live chats and emails to assist with product support & training, product updates, new releases, general inquiries, troubleshooting, and more.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides technical support with thorough knowledge regarding Deliverr Customer, Deliverr Shopper, and Deliverr Business applications for both IOS and Android Devices.
Analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and logs customer issues for Deliverr services.
Creates, reviews, updates, and enhances the technical documentation for Deliverr.
Creates trouble Tickets for all issues reported over the phone and email.
Performs user administration tasks.
Maintains and monitors company assets including laptops, printers, testing devices, etc.
Creates and Gives demonstration and/or presentation for the features of Deliverr customer, Deliverr Shopper and Deliverr Business Partners.
