About the Job

Deliverr is looking for a Technical Support Analyst (TSA) in Regina, SK. The TSM will work closely with Tech lead on providing technical support to internal or external stakeholders.

A TSA effectively communicates with Partners through inbound calls, live chats and emails to assist with product support & training, product updates, new releases, general inquiries, troubleshooting, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support with thorough knowledge regarding Deliverr Customer, Deliverr Shopper, and Deliverr Business applications for both IOS and Android Devices.

  • Analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and logs customer issues for Deliverr services.

  • Creates, reviews, updates, and enhances the technical documentation for Deliverr.

  • Creates trouble Tickets for all issues reported over the phone and email.

  • Performs user administration tasks.

  • Maintains and monitors company assets including laptops, printers, testing devices, etc.

  • Creates and Gives demonstration and/or presentation for the features of Deliverr customer, Deliverr Shopper and Deliverr Business Partners.
