Client Success Representative (Sales)

We are looking for a competent Sales professional to find new business opportunities and manage business customer relationships. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between business customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have talent and experience in sales and customer service. 


  • Find new sales opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships.
  • Sell merchants on the value of partnering with Deliverr through partner agreements
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for merchants in the following markets: Regina
  • Lead negotiations to structure industry-leading and mutually beneficial economic terms
  • Partner closely with local teams to draft compelling economic proposals for merchants during the sales process
  • Accelerate a highly organized sales cycle with the goal of closing deals within a few weeks
  • Uncover valuable information that can help increase the accuracy of anticipated outcomes in key negotiations
  • Travel into different markets in your region (up to 40% travel)
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.


  • Proven experience as an Account Executive / Sales Represetative, or in other sales service role.
  • Prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Hubspot software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate


      • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration higher AND/OR

      • 2+ years of sales experience

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
